SAP MM Consultant (with Ariba)

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP MM Consultant with expertise in Ariba to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and maintaining efficient procurement solutions for our company.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP MM and Ariba modules to streamline the procurement process (Source-to-Settle)
• Analyze and optimize procurement workflows, including Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP), and Risk Management
• Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Guided Buying functionalities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful user adoption and training on SAP MM and Ariba
• Support supplier onboarding, enablement, and catalogue management
• Partner with IT teams to ensure system integration and data integrity
• Identify and implement best practices to maximize the value of SAP MM and Ariba

• 4-5 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant with a proven track record of successful implementations (minimum 2 implementation cycles)
• Strong understanding of SAP Ariba functionalities, including Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Analytics
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and Guided Buying in SAP Ariba
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM core functionalities, particularly in the areas of material management, purchasing, and inventory control
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences
• English B2+ (multilingual teams)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration
• Experience with integration of SAP MM and Ariba with other enterprise systems
• Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement best practices
