Mobile Lead Developer (iOS / Android)

For one of our key Clients we're looking for an expert specialist for the position of:

Mobile Lead Developer (Android | iOS)

Terms of engagement:

Area: Consulting IT
Localisation: 100% remote
Start: ASAP (max 3 months notice period)
Salary rate (determined individually): 180 - 200 PLN net + VAT / h

Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term

Recruitment process (100% remotely):

Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min)
Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1,5 hour)

Scope of duties:

Design and implement robust software architectures for medical applications
Collaborate with top-tier experts to develop cutting-edge solutions in digital medical products
Contribute directly to improving customer care and optimizing medical services
Participate in complex projects that challenge you to innovate and excel
Effectively communicate technical concepts with stakeholders across various departments
Leverage expertise in mobile and web application development (Android/iOS) to build custom applications

Requirements:

5+ years of expert-level experience in Mobile development (iOS + Android)
2+ years of experience as a Tech Leader / Architect
Deep understanding of software architectures across all layers (network, security, databases, etc.) for effective communication with various stakeholders
Experience with database design and data modeling
Proven ability to write technical concepts and models
Deep understanding of mobile app development frameworks and the technical aspects of Android and iOS operating systems.
Fluency in English (B2+)

Bonus Points for:

Knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
Understanding of programming patterns (MVC, MVVM) and web development frameworks (Angular, ASP.net, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform)
